When parents get "homework"

My child is in pre-school. Because, while I truly wish I could spend my days with him, I work, my husband works, and we aren’t allowed to have our child with us on the job. So, off to pre-school he goes. After work, we prepare dinner, we spend time together as a family, we have bath time, story time, you get the picture. Once a week we have Martial Arts. It’s probably a lot like many of YOUR days and weeks. You probably have an au pair or child-care arrangement for those hours when you have other obligations.
